PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
Petitioner,~RAYAIOND B. HURLEY, as Personal Representative
of the above estate, alleges:
1. The Last Mill of ROBERT LAWRENCE HURLEY contains, among
other things, the following bequest:
PARAGRAPH TfiIRD (c): "As to two plots of land of which I
have an interest, specifically Lots 26 and 27 of Block 2379 of the
Port St. Lucie Community,-I give, devise and bequeath these to LOWELL
T. JACOBSON, of Box 8, FPO Seattle, Washington, 98?61, if he survives
me for thirty days. If he does not survive me for thirty days, I give,
j devise and bequeath these to firs. AiARGARET JACOBSOI`, of the same ad-
dress as LO~VELL T. JACOBSON."

2. Petitioner has been requested by LOWELL T. JACOBSON to

~ distribute the Decedent's interest in this property at this time.

.3. The Decedent's interest in said property is evidenced
by an installment sales contract with General Development Corporation,
a copS• of which is attached and incorporated herein by reference.

4. The time for filing claims against the estate has ex-
t pired and all debts, claims, estate and inheritance taxes, family al-

WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered
