LOWELL T. JACOBSON, and it appearing that the property was specifi-
cally devised to LOWELL T. JACOBSO?~ under the Will_of ROBERT L.
HURLEY, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJtTIXTED that RAYMOND B. HURLEY, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of ROBERT LAWRENCE HURLEY, is authorized
