LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT i

ROBERT BRUCE COLLAGAN
I, ROBERT BRUCE COLLAGAN, now residing in Baltimore
County, State of Maryland, do her~.by make, publish and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
any and all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: As soon as practicable after my death, I
direct my Executrix or Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all
of my just debts. During my lifetime, I have executed-documents
to make gifts, effective upon my death, of my eyes, to the
Maryland Eye Bank, of my kidneys, to the Ridney Foundation and
the remainder of the vital organs of my body, capable of trans-.
plantation, to be used for that purpose, pursuant to the provisions
of the Maryland Anatomical Gift Act as amended. I direct that my
body, or the remains of it, after the consummation of the aforesaid
gifts, be cremated. I direct that my remains be urned and given

to my son, Michael David, for disposition as he pleases. I direct

my Executrix or Executor to pay my funeral expenses, the amount of
the latter to be in the sole and absolute discretion of my Executrix E

or Executor without Order of Court. It-is my intention that the
aforesaid funeral expenses be kept to an absolute minimum.
SECOND: L give and bequeath unto my son, Michael David

my works of Art. I further give and bequeath to my son,-Michael,
~ all of my rugs, furniture, furnishings, silver, silverplate, china,
clothing, -elicy~. tautomobiles, interest in copyrights, and any
