I authorize and direct my Executor to sell all of my personal and
household articles, furnishings and effects, as aforesaid, at public
or private sale for such prices and upon such terms as my said
Executor in his sole .and absolute discretion shall deem appropriate,
and any net proceed thereof, after deducting the~cost of such sale
or sales, shall be added to the residue of my estate and shall be
disposed of as hereinafter provided in Item Fourth of this my Will.
THIRD: I direct my Execut-r~ix or Executor to pay out of
my residuary estate, remaining after the bequests in Item Second
of this my Will, any and all state and federal inheritance and estate
taxes becoming payable by reason of my death or with respect to any
.property -included in my gross estate for the purpose of computing any
such taxes or otherwise taxed as property passing at my death, whether
such property passes under this my Will or otherwise,. including any
such taxes which may be assessed on account of gifts or transfers of
property made by me during my lifetime, if any, and with respect
to any property which I may own jointly with any other person and
with respect to the proceeds of any insurance upon my life, including
any interest and penalties with regard to any such taxes, It is my
intention that no legatee, devisee or other person having a beneficial
interest in any such property, or•the right to receive the same upon
my death, whether under this my Will or otherwise,~shall at any time

~ be required to pay or refund ahy part of such taxes and that all such
taxes shall be paid out of my residuary estate remaining after the

bequests in Item Second of this my Will.
FOURTH:--All the rest, residue-and remainder of my estate
and proper'tyy~;reai personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature,
and wheresoever situate, which I may own or be entitled to at the
time o~f m~.$eath, including any insurance proceeds payable to my

estate~and;all property. over which I may, under the terms of any
