hereinbefore in this my Will collectively referred to as my "resid-
uary estate"), i give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Michael
David Collagan, if my said son survives me and does not die within
a period of ninety (90) days. after the date of my death. If my said
son does not survive me, or if he does survive me~but dies within
ninety (90) days after the date of my death, then in either such
event, i give, devise and bequeath my residuary estate, as aforesaid,
unto such of my remaining children as shall survive me by a period
of ninety (90) days after the date of my death, and the child,
children or descendants living at the expiration of a period of
ninety (90) days after the date of my death, of any of my children
who shall have predeceased me or failed to survive me for a period
of ninety (90) days after the-date of my death, absolutely, in equal
shares, per stirpes and not per capita. In the event that my said
son and the remainder of my children and other more remote descendants
of mine do not survive me, or survive me but die within a period of
ninety (90) days after the date of mY death, then I give, devise and -
bequeath my residuary estate, as aforesaid, to Morgan State College
and Roxie Ann Richardson, provided she survives me, in equal portions,
and should Roxie Ann Richardson. not survive me, all thereafter to the
Morgan. State College. The Morgan State College one half portion shall

be used for a self-perpetuating scholarship. The one half portion to
Roxie Ann Richardson, should she survive me, shall be hers absolutely.

~ FIFTH:- If any person would be entitled, pursuant to the
provisions of this my Will, to all or any part of my estate at a
time when such person is~under the age of eighteen years, such part
shall vest in such person absolutely, notwithstanding the fact that
he or she is under the age of eighteen years and I direct my Executor
