In the event that the said Edward Haskell Collagan, Jr. is, for any reason, unable to act as such custodian, I direct my Executor to name as custodian or successor custodian, himself, an adult, or a trust company. Any custodian to whom my Executor pays or distributes all or any part of my estate shall have all of the duties and powers set forth for such custodians in the Maryland Uniform Gifts to Minors Act, as amended from time to time, and such custodian shall not be required to furnish any bond for the perform- - ance of his or her duties. - SIXTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my friend, Roxie Ann Richardson, to be the Executrix of this my-Last Will and Testa- ment. If my said friend, Roxie Ann Richardson, is unable or un- willing to serve or dies, or becomes incapacitated, or resigns, then I do constitute and appoint Edward Haskell Collagan, Jr. to be my Executor. If Edward Haskell Collagan, Jr. is unable or unwilling to serve, or dies or becomes incapacitated or resigns, then I do - constitute and appoint the First National Bank of Maryland to be my Executor. I request that my Executrix or Executor be excused from the necessity of giving bond. I do hereby authorize and empower my Executrix or Executor, in addition to any and. all general powers conferred by law, to-sell all or any part of my real or personal estate, either at public or private sale, and to compromise any claims by or against my estate, all without the prior authority or subsequent approval or sanction of any Court whatsoever.
