The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of ROBERT B. COLLAGAN, Deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Orphans' Court
of Baltimore County, a Court for probate jurisdiction; and the Court
finding that the Will of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida
as to form and execution, and that it devises real property located
in this County, owned by the decedent at the time of his death; said
proeprty described as:
Condominium Parcel 2 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDIMINIUIu
ONE, according the the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page
65, et seq. and .as amended in Official Records Hook
253, Page 365 et seq., all of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, -
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the
Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in the

E proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein~by the
Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testatment of ROBERT B. COLLAGAN, deceased, is admitted to probate ac-
cording to law, as and for the Last Rill of the decedent, and it is
further
ADJUDGED that EDV7ARD HASKELL COLLAGAN, JR. is appointed per-
sonal representative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking
the prescribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and acceptance,

and upon entering into bond in the sum of $ 3~~00- ancillary let-
3 ters of administration shall be issued.
