Lestie Szczublewski, a resident of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio,

being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not-under
any restraint, do hereby make,. publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and parts of Wills heretofore by
me made .
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease, and further that
all succession and/or inheritance taxes required to be paid on account of my
estate, including any taxes to be paid because of insurance or otherwise shall
be deemed to be a debt of my estate, and shall be paid by my Executor or
Successor Executor hereinafter named as a part of the cost of administering
my estate.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Virginia
Sliwinski, my furniture, silverware, china and personal things.
~ ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate in TRUST to George L. Carpenter, as Trustee for the
use and benefit of my husband, Harry Szczublewski, on the following terms and
conditions and for the following uses and purposes:
My said Trustee shall invest my estate as he, in his absolute dis- -
cretion, deems best and doing so may retain any investment or any property that
I have at the time of my death, and shall use the income and so much of the grin
cipal as he deems best for the care, comfort, support, and benefit of my said
I~usband, Harry Szczublewski, and to pay all expenses from my estate for the
funeral and burial of my said husband.

I hereby authorize and empower said Trustee to deal with the Trust
property, personal or real, in any manner he shall deem advantageous to
carry out the terms of the Trust. Said Trustee shall have the same power and
authority to deal with and manage the Trust property, personal and real, at~~ I
