The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges: '
1. The. decedent, Clyo S. Sallette, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 23rd day of November,
1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on December 8, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith a. Waiver of Account arid.
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of tars and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representative, attorneys, .accountants,

appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
