ORDER
THIS MATTER coming on the wife's Motion for Modification,
and Counsel for both parties being present and additionally,
RICHARD SCHOPP, ESQUIRE, Counsel for LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION,

also present, and the parties having agreed as follows:
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) That the husband shall pay $88.00 per month, beginning
February 5, 1979, on the judgment obtained by LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION,
and LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION, by and through their attorney, shall not
execute on said judgment so long as such payments are made;
(2) If such payments are not made, LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION
shall give the wife Notice by serving same upon her attorney of the
non-payment by the husband;
(3) The visitation provisions were modified so that pending
agreement of the parties, the children shall not stay over night with =
~ the husband, but shall be returned by the husband o their home.
