COMES NOW the Plaintiff, C. E. WARD, INC., and
the Defendants, E. V. STEELS, Trustee and ALLIED BUILDERS &
SUPPLIERS, INC., by their respective attorneys of record,
and hereby stipulate and agree that the Pre=Trial Conference
scheduled for January~4, 1979 be continued to a later date,
subsequent to January 8, 1978, for the reason that Defendants'
counsel will be absent from the state on a long needed and
planned vacation. -

parties Stipulation for a continuance of the Pre-Trial
Conference scheduled for January 4, 1978, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the above-styled cause `
be removed from the Pre-Trial Conference schedule of
January 4, 1978 and said Pre-Trial Conference shall be
reset for the 25th day of January 1979 ~ at 10:00 A.M.
