said Section 27; thence on an assumed bearing of Soutli 89°15'56" East, along the
North line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 27, a
distance of 147.33 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89°15'56" f
East, along said Nor-th line, a distance of 90.74 feet; thence-South 47°52'11" East,
a distance of 204.50 feet to the beginning ~f a curve concave to the North, having
a radius of 45 feet and a central angle of 41°23'45"; thence Easterty, along the
arc of said curve, a distance of 32.51 feet to the end of said curve; thence
