County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of tl~e East half of tl~e Southeast quarter of
said Section 27; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89°15'56" East, along the
North line of the said East-half of the Southeast q~~arter, a distance of 238.07
feet to the Point of Beginning; -thence continue South 89°15'56" East, along
