Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run on an assumed
bearing of S 89°15'56" East along the North line of the said Fast 1/2 of the
SE 1/4, a distance of 130.00 ft. to a point on the East line of a 130 ft.
County road and drainage easement; thence run S 02°04'47" W, along said East
line, a distance of 1091.41 ft., thence run S 89°15'56" E 138.05 ft., thence
N 02°04'47" E 40.00 ft. for a point of beginning. From said point of beginning
all lands lying within 15.00 feet left and 15.00 feet right of the following
described centerline: Run S 89°15'56" E 727.98 ft., thence N 60°44'04" E
348.97 ft. to the point of termination. Said property lying and being situate
