St. Lucie County, Florida, the centerline of which is mare particularly descrihed
as -follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half of the So~~theast-quarter
of said Section 27; thence on an assumed hearing of South 89°15'56" East, along _
the North line of the said East half of tl~e Southeast quarter of said Section 2~,
a distance of 192.70 feet; thence iouth 47°52'11" East, a distance of 266.87 feet;

East, a distance of 170 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the East,

Southeasterly along the arc of said curve,'a distance of 157.69 feet to the end

Terminal Point of said Parcel. Said property lying and being situate in St. Lucie -
