corporation,
party of the First Part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of
the United States, and other valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OL{' GRAND FORKS AND GRAETON, NORTH DAKOTA,
party of the Second Part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned,
transferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto the said party of the Second Part certain mortgages en-
cumbering R,roperty situated and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
which are described as follows:
