AFFIDAVIT

Before me the undersigned authority, personally
appeared PATRICIA WILLIAMS, well known to me, who first
being duly sworn and cautioned, did depose and day
as follows: }
1. Your Affiant is the owner in fee simple of
the following described property lying and being
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: -
The Westerly 150 feet of Lot 10 and the
Westerly 150 feet of the South half of
Lot 9, of PALM VISTA PARK, as per Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, at
Page 29, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. "
2. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse, LOREN E.
WILLIAMS, acquired title to said property by deed filed
July 23, 1956, in Deed Book 216, at Page 451, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Your
Affiant and said spouse were married to each other prior
to the date of said deed and remained married to each
other continuously until the death of Affiant's spouse, }
which occurred April 10, 1978, per death certificate
recorded in Official Records Book. 296, at Page 1597, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
e 3. L.E. WILLIAMS, as referred to in certain Warranty
Deed filed July 23, 1956 in Deed Book 216, at Page 451, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one and
the same person as LOREN E. WILLIAMS, as referred to on
Death Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 296, at
Page 1597, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
