-Before me, the undersigned authority, this day, personally
appeared, WILLIE JENKINS, well known to me, who first being
duly sworn and cautioned, did depose and say as follows: -
1. That he, along with his spouse are the owners of

The West 76 feet of Lots 1 and 2, of WASHINGTON
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 46, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That he is not that certain WILLIE JAMES JENKINS
as referred to in Statement of Claim and Notice of Lien,
as recorded in OR Book 280, at Page 2866, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Also, that he never -
resided at 17 N.E. 60th Street, .Miami, Florida.
