Before me the undersigned authority, personally
appeared PEARL WILLIAMS, well known to me, who first
being duly sworn and cautioned, did depose and say
as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Tract 17,
then run West 200 feet for Point of Beginning;
thence continue West 100 feet, thence North
150 feet, thence East 100 feet, thence South
150 feet to Point of Beginning; GARDEN CITY
FARMS, of Section .5, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2.' Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse, HARVEY LEE
WILLLAMS, acquired title to said property by deed recorded
April 19, 1956, in Official Records Book 213, at Page 143
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Your
Affiant and said spouse were married to each other prior
to the date of said deed and remained married to each

other continuously until the death of Affiant's spouse,
which occured August 10, 1970, per death certificate
{
attached hereto.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
