the Judgment in the amount of 31,514,219.36 obtained by the Plaintiff
against the Defendant, WALTER T. PHILLIPS, JR., in the Supreme Court
of the State of New York, County of New York, in Civil Action No.
12885/77 and for other and further relief referred.to in the Plaintiff's
Complaint, said property being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida.
