understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this writing as
and for My Lest will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling
all other and loaner Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRSTt 2 direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last
illness, al expenses, costs of administering my Estate and all

other proper charges against my Estate be paid as soon as practi-
cable after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath, outright in fee, all ~
of my Estate, whether real, personal or mixed, fn whatever form and
wheresoever located, including any property over which I may have a
