ORDER AUTHORIZING FOREIGN GUARDIAN
TO MANAGE PROPERTY OF NON-RESIDENT WARD .
The Petition of KIRBY UPRIGHT, a foreign Guardian, for
f
authority to manage the property of GEORGE W. HENSLER, a non-resident
incompetent, for whom the Petitioner was appointed Guardian of the
property by the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas '
of the Forty-Third Judicial District, Monroe County, Pennsylvania,
on November 8, 1978, coming on this day to be heard, and it appearing
to the Court that said Guardian has designated a resident agent
according to law, has filed an authenticated copy of the Order
appointing him as Guardian, and that no reason exists why the foreign
Guardian should not be authorized to manage the property of the
incompetent in this State; and the Court having jurisdiction and
being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that KIRBY UPRIGHT, as Guardian of the
property of GEORGE W. HENSLER, incompetent, is authorized to manage
€ the property of the incompetent in the State of Florida described as
follows: .
One-half interest in the following described real property:
The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots 3 and 4,
and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 23, SUNLAND 7/
GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 8, at page 32, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
