PETITION OF FOREIGN GUARDIAN _
TO MANAGE PROPERTY OF NON-RESIDENT WARD
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner, whose address is Post Office Box 956,
Scranton, Pennsylvania 18501, was duly appointed Guardian of the
property of MARIE A. HENSLER, incompetent, on November 8, 1978,
by the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of the
Forty-Third Judicial District, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
2. The incompetent is a resident of Monroe County,
Pennsylvania, and is presently confined at Brookmont Acres Nursing
Home, Effort, Pennsylvania.
3. Petitioner desires to .manage the following-described
property located in Florida belonging to the ward:

Personal Property: None.
Real Property:

One-half interest in the following described
real property: -
The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots
3 and 4, and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5,
Block 23, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
n County, Florida. $ 7,825.00

4. There is no indebtedness existing in the State of Florida
against the ward.
5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
ward owns an interest in real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
6. Petitioner files herewith an authenticated copy of the -
Order appointing him as Guardian and further alleges that said Order
is the equivalent of Letters of Guardianship and that there is no
provision for Letters of Guardianship in Pennsylvania, and that no
Bond was required because Petitioner is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
