7. The Petitioner hereby designates EDGAR A. BROWN, whose
residence address is 2021 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and whose mailing address is Post Office Box 4382, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, as his agent or attorney for service of
process in any action against him in his representative-capacity,
or personally, if such personal action accrued in the administration
of the guardianship.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
authorizing Petitioner to manage the above described property of
the incompetent in the State. of Florida.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true,-to the best of my -
knowl_edge and belief.
