Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of MARIE A. HENSLER, incompetent. ; 2. -The above-named ward is the owner of certain real property which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows: One-half interest in the following described real property: The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots 3 and 4, and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 23, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary to sell the property described above to provide funds for the health i and care of the ward. 4. The entire parcel of said real property of which the { I - ward owns one-half interest has an appraised value of $15,650.00, ~ ~ and an offer to purchase said entire parcel of real property has k i been received from RICHARD W. LOGAN and DOROTHY M. LOGAN, his wife, j 3 for cash in the amount of $20,000.00, which is well in excess of i the appraised value. The ward's interest in said cash purchase price is $10,000.00. 5.
