ORDER AUTHORIZING-SALE OF REAL PROPERTY t
This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of
KIRBY UPRIGHT, as Guardian of the property of MARIE A. HENSLER,
incompetent, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interest of the ward that certain assets be sold in order to provide
funds for the health and care of the ward, and that the .best interest 1
of the ward would be served by the sale of the property at a private
sale for a cash purchase price of $10,000.00 to Richard W. Logan and
Dorothy M. Logan, his wife, it therefore is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that KIRBY UPRIGHT, as Guardian of the ~
property of MARIE A. HENSLER, incompetent, is hereby authorized to
sell the following .described-real property:
One-half interest in the following described real
property:
The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots 3 and 4,
and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 23, SUNLAND
GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 8, at page 32, of the Public Records
