LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

GEORGE F. BARNWELL '
I, GEORGE F. BARNWELL, a resident of Martin County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby E

revoking any and all Wills, Codicils and Testamentary Documents
heretofore made by me. - t

FIRST: I direct that, after my death, my remains shall ~
be cremated, and that the ashes shall be scattered to the winds.
SECOND: I direct that all my just debts and my funeral
expenses b e paid as soon after my death as may be practicable.-
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all the r-est, residue

and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, and
wherever situate, and whether acquired before or after the making ~
- ~
of this Will, to my wife, SYLVA P. C. BARNWELL, to be hers abso-
lutely, if she shall survive me. -
~ FOURTH: In the event that my said wife, SYLVA P. C.

BARNWELL, shall not survive me, I then give, devise and bequeath

~ all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my two sons,
~ GEORGE ALLEN BARNWELL and JOHN ROBERT BARNWELL, to be theirs
absolutely in equal shares if living, otherwise to his or her issue,
r
equally, per stirpes. In the event that either of my sons should
predecease me, leaving no issue, I hereby give, devise and bequeath
his share to my surviving son, to be his absolutely.

-FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
a -
SYLVA P. C. BARNWELL, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond, and authorize and empower her as Executrix

to sell at public or private sale the whole or any part of my estate,
real, personal or mixed or to mortgage, lease or to make such other

disposition of said estate as she, in her judgment, finds proper.
