In the event that my .said wife should predecease me or shall be
unable or unwilling to serve as such Executrix, I then nominate
and appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, as
Alternate-Executor hereunder, to serve without bond, and hereby
confer upon it the same powers and authority heretofore conferred
upon my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I sign, seal, publish and declare ~
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, and for purposes
of identification, I have signed my name at the bottom of each
page in tl~e presence of the persons witnessing it at my request
this ~ day of 1973, at Stuart, Martin County,
Florida.

The above and foregoing instrument was subscribed by the
said George F. Barnwell in our presence and acknowledged by him to
each of us, and at that time declared by the said George F. Barnwell
