The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
beneficiaries and Josephine Melhorn Lovinggood as a bene-
ficiary and the person nominated as executrix under decedent's
Will. Their names and addresses are as set forth in paragraph
3 and the name and address of their attorney are as set forth
at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, WEBSTER PERRY LOVINGGOOD, JR., whose last
known address was Shelby County, Tennessee, died on June 25,
1978 at Memphis, Tennessee, and at the time of death decedent
was domiciled in Shelby~County, Tennessee. `
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of .this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
