All of the above assets except for the unimproved lot located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, are located in the StatE of Tennessee and are probated in that
state and are not sub3ect to administration in the State of Florida.

from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted to anyone at this time -

11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as

required by Chapters 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request
that an order of summary administration be entered directing

distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with

the schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this petition and waive
notice of any hearing thereon.
