PETITION FOR ORDER ADMITTING PROBATED
FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD
COMES NOW the domicillary executrix, JOSEPHINE MELHORN
LOVINGGOOD, by and through her undersigned attorneys, and
petitions the court for an order admitting the probated foreign
Will to record and as grounds therefor would show unto. the
court that the probated foreign Will complies with Florida .
Statutes 732.502(1) and (2) and attach hereto and make a part
hereof authenticated copies of the Will, Petition to Admit
Will to Probate and to Appoint Executrix, Order Admitting
Will to Probate and Appointing Executrix Without Bond, Letters
Testamentary, and the part of the domicillary record that will ~
show the names of the devisees under the Will.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that this court enter
an order admitting the probated foreign Will to record.
