APPOINT EXECUTRIX
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF T11E PROBATE COURT OF SHELBY COUNTY,
TENVESSEE:
Comes now your petitioner, Josephine Melhorn Lovinggood, a
resident and citizE~n of Shelby County, Tennessee and respectfully
shows to the Court as follaas:
I.
That Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr. died on June 25, 1978 in
Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, and at the time of his death, his
legal domicile and place of residence was Shelby County, Tennessee.

Your petitioner would show that there was found among the
decedent's .papers a certain. written instrument dated May 8, 1974,
purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Webster Perry
Lovinggood, Jr., deceased, which your petitioner here presents to

j this Honorable Court for admission to probate as and for the Last
Will and Testament of Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr., deceased. Your
' petitioner would further show that she is the lawful widow of the
deceased and is the named Executrix without bond in said instrument.

~ Your petitioner further avers to the Court that the aforesaid }

written instrument is witnessed by Forest M. 1\orville, Charles R.
Perkins, and Donn A. Southern, and that there is attached to the
said written instrument an Affidavit executed by the aforesaid
witnesses on the same date of May 8, 1974, the date of the execution
of the written instrument purporting to be a Will, and both the said
ti
written instrument and fife Affidavit are here to the Court shown.
