11~is cause came on to be heard on this date upon the sworn

Petition of Josephine Melhorn Lovinggood to admit to probate the
Last Will and Testament of Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr., deceased, t
and for-the appointment of petitioner as Executrix without bond, and ,
for issuance of Letters Testamentary; and
It satisfactorily appearing to the Court that the petitioner has
produced in open Court a paper writing purporting to be the Last
Witl and Testament of Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr., deceased,
bearing date of May 8, 1974, and that the said Webster Perry
Lovinggood, Jr. died a resident citizen of Shelby County, Tennessee
on June 25, 1978; and ~ ~ t
It further appearing to the Court from the sworn testimony of ~

'4 cause and executed by Forest M. Norville, Charles R. Perkins, and
E Donn A. Southern, the subscribing witnesses, that said paper writing

has signed by Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr., deceased, in the
presence of the said attesting witnesses; that he declared the~said
paper writing to be his Last Will and Testament in their presence,
and that the said attesting witnesses thereupon subscribed their
names thereto in the presence of the deceased and in the presence of
~ each other on the 8th day of May, 1974, and that the said Webster t
Perry Lovinggood, Jr. was in their opinion at that time of sound
mind and disposing memory and was more than eighteen (18) years~of
- age.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court
I
that the paper writing dated May 8, 1974 is the true, whole, and
- Last Will and Testament of the said Webster Perry Lovinggood, Jr.,
and the same is hereby ordered to be admitted to probate as such,

and the Clerk of this Court is directed. to file and record the same.
