I'T IS FUR'CHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, A?iD !)ECREED by the Court that
Josephine Afethorn Lovinggood be, apt she is hereby, appointed
Executrix of said Last Witt and Testament without bond, having been
excused from the necessity of making bond under the terms of said
Wilt, the said Josephine Mclhorn Lovinggood having demonstrated her
competence and willingness to accept the appointment in open Court,
and the Clerk of this Court is thereby directed to issue Letters
' Testamentary to the slid Josephine Melhorn Lovinggood upon her
ta•~cing the oath as prescribed by law.
