ARTICLE VII.
I }icreby nominate, constitute, and appoint my wife, Josephine
Mc~lhorn Lovinggood, as Executrix of this my Last Will and
'Testament, and, if for any reason she should fail to serve or -
cease to act, I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint T}iomas
Allen Lovinggood and Donn a. Southern, Co-Executors, and expressly
waive the necessity of either of said nominees giving bond or
other security as such.
In addition to and not in limitation of all common law and
statutory authority and all authority granted hereinabove, my
Executrix or Executors shall have all powers in respect to my
estate as are granted to the Trustees herein, such powers to
expressly include those designated. in Section 35-618 of the
Tennessee Code Annotated, which powers are incorporated herein
by reference.
IN ~7ITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature

The foregoing instrument, consisting of this and four (4)
