persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or
have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of
the petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administra- F

ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the

or other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized
and empowered to comply with this order by paying, delivering,

be accountable to anyone else for the property. ~
