WHEREAS, LUCILLE V . COSTA, INC. , a Florida corporation , ntortgasor ,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 2 0th day of March , A.D. 19 7 4,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Grc~M Court in and for the County of S t . Lucie ,
State of Florida, in Official Records-book 225 ,Page 580 ,mortgaged unto
BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, a New York banking corporation and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly destibed, to secure the payment of the sum of
FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---(54,600,000.00}Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
WHEREAS, PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC., a New York corporation, is the
present owner of the property encumbered by the aforementioned
mortgage;
AND WHEREAS, the said PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC. ~
requested the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
a
TEN DOLLARS ($10 .00) and other good and valuable consideration doHer:, to it
paid by the said PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC.
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and-discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC . , it successors ~ heirrand assigns,
aU that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 608 of SEA PINES TOWER
CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December,
1977, recorded in Official Records Book 280, at
Page 2622 et. seq., of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; together with all the
appurtenances thereto, all according to the said
Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached
thereto.
This Partial Release shall also release the above Condominium Unit
from the Financing Statement recorded in ORB 225, Page 590, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and Modification of
Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 237, Page 1136, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC. , its successors heirs and auigns forever, freed,
exonerated and d'kscharged of and from the lien. of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheleu, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incum-
trance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released -
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ,
