NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that-the undersigned condominium
association pursuant to the provisions of Section 711.15(4), Florida
Statutes, and the Declaration of Condominium, hereinafter more
particularly identified, claims a lien for unpaid assessments and
interest thereon, together with a reasonable attorney's fee incurred
by the undersigned condominium association incident to the collection
of such assessments or enforcement of such lien, upon real property
