MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGE DEED, made and executed the 21St /day of NOVe~l~er , 1978 ,
by PHILIP VITALS and CATHLEEN VITALS, his wife,
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term shall include the heirs. reprostntatives, successors and assigns of the said Mortgagor
and shall denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and natural andlot artifcialpersonswheroverthe
context ao requiros or admits, to: _
JENSEN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee. which term shall include the representatives, wccessors and assigns of the said Mortgagee wher-
ever the context so requires or admits.
WITNESSETH: That for diverse good and valwble coa:identions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum rumed in
the promissory note of even date herewith hereinafter described and all futuro promissory trots: which may be secured by this
Mortgage, the said Mortgagor does hereby gent. bargain, seU. alien. remise, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, its
wccessots and assigns. aU the land of which the said Mortgagor is aow seized and possessed and in actwl possession. situate in
the County of St • Lucie and State of Florida. described as follows:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 713, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION EIGHTEEN, a subdivision according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13,
page 17, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .

! Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament:, casements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any-
wise appertaining, and the rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest and all claims and demands
whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of said Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, and also specif-
cally but not by way of limitation, all gas and electric fixtures, radiators, heaters, water pumps, air conditioning equipment,
i machinery, boiler, ranges, elcvaton and motor, bath tubs, sinks, water closets, water basins, pipes, faucets, and other plumbing
and heating fixtures, mantels, refrigerating plants and ice boxes, window screens, screen doors, floor covering, carpeting, tik,and
drapery fixtures, venetian blinds, cornices, storm shutters and awnings, which are now or may hereafter pertain to be used with,
E in or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable, are and shall be deemed to be fixtures and accessories to the
freehold and a part of the realty; and also such personal property as may be specifically descr'bed above or listed hereafter on
attached exhibits. The Gen or security interest in and to all wdr fixtures and accessories is hereby created and perfected by this
mortgage deed.
r TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament: and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
~ thereof and also all the estate, right, tick, interest, property, entry, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in laws as in
cquity of the said Mortgagor in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Mortgagee, and its representatives,
successors and assigns, in fee simple.
And said Mort r, for himself, and his heirs, I
gage egal representatives, wccessors and assigns, hereby convenants that said
Mortgagee, its legal representatives, successors and assigns may at all times peaceably and quietly enter upon, hold, occupy and
enjoy said land and every part thereof; that said land is free from all incumbrances; that said Mortgagor, his heirs, legal reprc•
sentatives, wccessors and assigns, will make such further aswnnces to perfect the fee simple titk to said land in said Mortgagee,
its legal representatives, successors and assigns, as may reasonably be required; and that said Mortgagor dons hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and every part thereof and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
~ Provided always, the conditions of this mortgage are such that if the Mortgagor shall well and truly pay unto the Mortgagee
the indebtedness evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date herewith, nude by the Mortgagor and payabk to the
Mortgagee of which the attached specimen in words and figures is a true copy to-wit:
