THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion
for Re-Validation of Trial Subpoenas, and the Court being
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Re-Validation of
Trial Subpoenas is granted, and Plaintiffs shall serve by
reg ~stered mail to the witnesses~a copy of this Order and
the Trial Subpoenas served for the date of January 8, 1979,
are re-validated for the trial date of March 5, 1979, 9:00 A.M.
