This cause-came on to be heard on the Court's own Order
Setting Pre-.Trial Conference, Plaintiffs' Motion to Take Video
-Tape Deposition, and Defendants' Motion for a Stay of Proceed-
ings, and-the Court having heard arguments of counsel, and being _
otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendants' t4otion to Stay Proceedings is denied,
however, this cause shall be removed from the trial docket of
January 8, 1979, and shall be continued as the first case to be
heard on the docket of March 5, 1979.
3 2. Pre-Trial Conference is rescheduled to February 26,
~ 1979.
3. Plaintiffs' t4otion to Take Video Tape Deposition of
GEORGE A. TURMAIL, M.D., is hereby granted.
