ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
(1) Plaintiff, and her late husband, and Defendants
executed that certain document attached as Exhibit"B" to Plaintiff's
Complaint.
(2) Defendants executed that certain document attached as
Exhibit "A" to Plaintiff's Complaint.
(3) Plaintiff is the surviving spouse of William O'Neill,
Deceased.
(4) The real property in issue is situated in St. Lucie
County,. Florida, and is properly described in the Notice of Lis Pendens
filed in this cause.
(5) The Defendants, David Michael Sedlik and Bonnie
Lou Sedlik, paid directly to the Plaintiff the sum of $3,100.00 to
$3,600.00.

(6) At the time of the execution of the documents attached
as Exhibits "A" and "B" of Plaintiff's Complaint, title of record to
the subject real property was held by Sylvester V. Culbertson and
Clara Culbertson, his wife.
(7) Prior to the date of the documents attached as Exhibits
"A" and "B" of Plaintiffls Complaint, Plaintiff and her late husband
entered into an agreement to sell the same real property to a Lacy B.
~ Hubbard, which .Agreement was dated January 12, 1971.

(8) Prior to the date of the documents attached as
Exhibits "A" and "B" to Plaintiff's Complaint Lacy B. Hubbard died.

(9) The Defendants, David Michael Sedlik and Bonnie
Lou Sedlik have in their possession the abstracts of title to the
subject real property which were received from the Plaintiff.

(10) The Defendants are owners of record of the subject
real property.
