JUDGMENT
[VHEREAS, the above cause was duly served upon Defendants
GEORGE SPERANZO and ANTHONY SPERANZO, and the parties entered into
a stipulation for entry of judgment, and the Court .being fully
advised of the premises, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendants
possession of the premises described in the petition filed herein, as:
Lot 7, Block 2, SOUTHERN VIEW ADDITION,
according to the plat thereof on file as
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 44, of the
public records of.St. Lucie County, Florida,

the same being commonly known as 105 Garden, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as of January 10, 1979, and if possession is not delivered by said
Defendants to Plaintiff the Plaintiff shall forthwith be put in
possession of same by force of the county, if necessary; and
2. That the Plaintiff does have and recover the sum of
a $ 63.00 for costs taxed herein against Defendants for all of
