The petition of ALFRBD PAPPAIARDO respectfully shows:
1. Petitioner is a resident of St: .Lucie County, Flor#da, residing at
5001 San Ddego Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida; his post-office address is the same.
2. BPQ~lA MARY CAVANAGH is 76 years of age and is a friend of the petit-
ioner; her residence and post-office address is 1708 Angle Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida; the said BI~IA MARY CAVANAGH is physically incompetent; she is the owner
of real and personal property of the approximate value of $19,307.20, described
as follows:
First Federal Savings ~ Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, Florida -Savings Account #40022 $150.28
Cash - 3,951.72
First National Bank-checking Account # 18-205-2 205.20
Real Property described as;
