4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent died domiciled in St: Lucie County, Florida, and owned
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. SARAH. L. McMULLIAN,,whose address is above, and who is
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate, is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because she
is the named personal representative in decedent's last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets i~} this
Estate are:
Real Property: $ 22,000.00
Personal Property: 35,000.00
7. Petitioner is unaware of a~xy unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated April 12~,
1978, subscribed by SUSAN HIGGS and CAROL A. LOCKLIEAR as attesting
witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that Petitioner be appointed personal
'i representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
