I, LUCY MARY MATHER, also known as MRS. J. A. MATHER, f
domiciled and residing in St. Lucie. County, Florida, declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
prior wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of administering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I have prepared a written, signed statement prior
to the execution of this Will, which disposes of .certain of my
tangible personal property. I intend that the written statement
as it may read at the time of my death, be a legally binding dis-
position of the tangible personal property described in such
written statement. In the event that my personal representative
is unable to locate such written, signed statement within thirty
(30) days after the probate of my Will, it shall be conclusively
i presumed that such written, signed statement does not exist,

irrespective of whether such written, signed statement.is later

found.

THIRD: I give and bequeath my •Silver Certificates of

Deposit at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort

~ Pierce unto my daughter, SARAH L. McMULLIAN, and my -grandsons,
JAMES A. McMULLIAN, MARTIN McMULLIAN, JR., and DANIEL McMULLIAN,.
in equal shares, share and share alike.
? FOURTH: I give and bequeath my father-in-law, John H.
Mather's, pocket watch, unto my grandson, JAMES A. McMULLIAN.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath my husband, James A. Mather's,
pocket watch, unto my grandson, MARTIN McMULLIAN, JR.
~ SIXTH: I give and bequeath my antique two-drawer table
unto my daughter, SARAH L. McMULLIAN.
