MATHER, f domiciled and residing in St. Lucie. County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of administering my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death. SECOND: I have prepared a written, signed statement prior to the execution of this Will, which disposes of .certain of my tangible personal property. I intend that the written statement as it may read at the time of my death, be a legally binding dis- position of the tangible personal property described in such written statement.
