SEVENTH: I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate unto my daughter, SARAH L. McMULLIAN, per
stirpes.
EIGHTH: I appoint my daughter, SARAH L. McMULLIAN, as
personal representative of this Will and of my estate. The personal
representative of this Will shall not be required to furnish bond.
The personal representative of this Will is invested with
full power and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose
of all personal and real property whenever she deems it necessary
and at a price which she deems adequate, without the intervention
of any Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
affixed my seal this 12th day of April 1978.
