decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because he i s
nominated under Paragraph SIXTH of the Will with the requirement
of bond being waived.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are
Personal property more than X60,000 00, but not exceeding
$100,000.00
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or. codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated January 29 ,

THOMAS H. THURLOW,
and original Codicil thereto dated April 27, 1472, w~ PSSPd by THOMAS
H. THURLOW, MARY P. NEFF and DORJTHY DOWNES, -
is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and that
HARRY A . YOARS be appointed personal representative of the
'4 Florida estate of the decedent. -
