YOARS, a resident of St. Lucie Country Club, St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and dis- posing memory, do hereby make, publish .and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills, Codicils and letters of testamentary import by me made. FIRST: I DIRECT that all my .just debts due at the time of my death and all my last illness and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as practicable. SECOND: I• DIRECT that any and all taxes, by whatever name called, levied upon or in respect of the passing or vest- ing of the property of my estate, whether passing under this Will or otherwise, be paid, without apportionment, out of the general assets of my estate as expenses of administration and before the residue of my estate shall be found. THIRD: I make no specific disposition of our home at St. Lucie Country Club, St. Lucie County, Florida, because it and all household furniture, furnishings, objects of art, and other articles of personal property used or useful in or f E about the same, are owned by me and my husband as tenants by s the entireties and title thereto will pass and vest in him ~ alone by operation of law if he shall survive me. FOURTH: I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH my summer home at Martha's Vineyard, Dukes County, Massachusetts, commonly known as "Pheasant Fieid", located on North County Road and more particularly-described as Site Number 36 (Seven Gates Farm Corpo- ration) to my husband, HARRY A.
