all of the tangible personal property whether of use or ornament,
situated upon said property at the time of my death. My said-hus-
band shall not be required to furnish any bond with regard~to said
home and tangible personal property or to insure the same; and he
shall not be liable for any damage to, or loss of~ the same. On
the death of my said husband, after my deaths or on my death if he
does not survive men I DEVISE said summer home and I BEQUEATH said
tangible personal property outright as part of my residuary estate -
which shall pass to my residuary devisees and legatees under- the
provisions of Paragraph Fifth of this my Will.
FIFTH: I HEREBY GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate and property, including all
property of which I shall die seized and possessed, and all
property to which I shall be otherwise entitled at the time of my
decease, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situated,
be it real, personal or mixed to our children, YVONNE YOARS MURPHY,
and PETER WIGHT YOARS, and to the lineal descendants, per stirpes~
of either or both of our children as may predecease me.
SIXTH: I HEREBY NOMINATE AND APPOINT-my husband, HARRY
A. YOARS, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If he
shall fail to so act, I nominate and appoint my daughter, YVONNE
YOARS MURPHY, and my son, PETER WIGHT YOARS, to be Co-Executors
hereunder. I DIRECT that no bond or security of any kind be re-
quired in any jurisdiction of my said Executor, his substitutes

or successors, the same being specifically waived hereby.

s SEVENTH: In addition to the powers given them by the

s laws of the State of Florida, I authorize my Executor, his
successors or substitutes, and each of them to have the following

powers and discretions, as, in the unrestricted judgment of my
said personal representative, is deemed advisable for the better
management and preservation of my estate, without resort to any
person or court for further authority; to sell any of the property
in my estate, real or personal, for cash or on such other terms
as may seem advisable; to borrow money and to make such pledges
~ and mortgages in connection therewith as may be reasonably necessary;
